Who we are

The journey of Black Frame Consultancy LLP began when Amanda Barnett started her own practice in 2003 working predominantly in the Media & Entertainment industry and with entrepreneurs. Our primary aim is to help our clients achieve their professional and personal goals without the day to day worry of the Financial functions of the business and to work with our clients on making their shoot off business successful.

We have helped our clients create and invest in companies covering a wide range of industries including, restaurants, fashion designing, street food karts, recording studios, holiday homes and many more.

Meet the team

Amanda

Managing Partner

Amanda has over 30 years experience working in accounting and business management. In 2002 Amanda set up her independent practise specialising with clients predominantly in Media & Entertainment acting as the client’s business manager and CFO.

Amanda loves developing close relationships with clients, ensuring they have the comfort of knowing they are in safe hands, providing information and support so the client can concentrate on being the best in their field.

Zoe

Head of Accounts

Zoe started life with Black Frame in 2012 as a junior bookkeeper, she now holds the post of Head of Group Accounts. Zoe runs the department for the entire Atlantic Swiss Group. Providing the information, the board needs to make financial decisions and plan for the future with confidence. Closely working with various members of the Atlantic Swiss group, Zoe ensures the day to day accounting tasks are taken care of efficiently and on time.

Zoe says the thing she loves most is being part of a team, providing the necessary support and advice to the company and our clients, helping them to thrive and meet their goals makes me very proud to be part of Black Frame.

Stevie

Client Manager

Stevie has been part of the Black Frame team for 10 years with her back ground prior to BF in banking working with stocks and shareholdings. Stevie is an accounts manager and takes care of a number of prominent clients and describes her role as akin to a Financial PA, ensuring all the daily business needs are taken care of efficiently.

Stevie says she loves the personal interaction I have with the clients. I get great satisfaction out of taking the responsibility and worry from the client so they can fulfil their careers to the full extent without worry about their finances or the mundane but essential daily requirements.

Darcy

Book Keeper

I have worked in tv/film as a freelance assistant accountant for over 5 years. Working on big budget feature films and HETV projects. I specialise in petty cash and credit card reconciliation for production projects. Like to keep close communication with crew members and the team to ensure I can get the best result.

Katie 

Junior Book Keeper

Katie joined the team in 2021 as a trainee book-keeper. During that time Katie has become an invaluable member of the team showing a natural flair for book-keeping and shows real promise in becoming a Business Manager in time.

Ellen

Family Office

Having started her career in interior design Ellen joined the Black Frame team 5 years ago and now heads up the Lifestyle Offering Department by supporting clients property management, artwork collections and personal lives Internationally. Ellen’s aim is to provide a completely bespoke service to each client by becoming an integral part of their daily operations.

Ellen says the thing she most loves is building strong, personal relationships with clients bringing ease into their daily lives and knowing I can help at any time and finding the best solution to any situation.

Grace

Family Office Assistant

Grace joined Black Frame after a spell as one of the Groups Receptionists. Grace aimed to develop her knowledge and skill set, and in doing so has carved out a vital role within the firm. Grace provides great support to the entire team, and is constantly utilising new software systems to bring efficiencies to the team and in turn to our clients.

Grace says she love the relationships that she has with our clients, helping them with any queries they may have – big or small. My job at Black Frame is my first role since leaving education, the support and encouragement I have had from colleagues has made my time here so much fun, every day is different and I love coming into a buzzy work environment.
